Heritage Ford is the best among five dealerships I visited over a two month period comprising five different auto brands within ten miles of my reside Heritage Ford is the best among five dealerships I visited over a two month period comprising five different auto brands within ten miles of my residence. Heritage Ford showed sales departments and service departments with superior product knowledge and experience to the other four I visited. Willingness to work with me to select a car to fit my search parameters was the reason I took a lease through Heritage Ford. The car I picked was not in their inventory at my visit on a Wednesday but was delivered on Friday, two days later. Ford rules we had an appointment for test drive at Toyota but before our time we came to Ford check what they have for compact hybrid cars, and we meet Bill who we had an appointment for test drive at Toyota but before our time we came to Ford check what they have for compact hybrid cars, and we meet Bill who was helpful to show cars on Ford parking . It was an eye opener, I didn't know before that Ford has a such efficient cars.This different approach makes us rethink about what car do we need. The quality of interior design, power of engine, ability use only electricity drive for 20 or more miles and ability charge battery from any electric plug were a mayor factors. But price for this particular choice was top cherry on the cake, The Ford had initiative get down on cost of ownership this car that we cannot to ignore. Bill explained all those benefices with all his best , thanks to him. Moreover , Financial Services Manager Abigail Heck were more then helpful and useful in finding the financial plan and maintaining the car in the future. The purchasing Ford C-MAX Energi was a pleasant time. More

Having ordered my 4th Explore I would highly recommend Heritage Ford (Bill LaBonte)! He was patient, didn't pressure me and listened to what I wanted. Having ordered my 4th Explorer through another dealer 2 years ago...there is no comparison to the customer service here at Heritage. When deciding to trade for a new Explorer the original dealership I bought from was not helpful or willing to compromise on anything. Bill managed to get everything I was looking for and more! I upgraded from my Limited to the Sport and managed to keep my payment from going up. I will definitely refer friends & family to Bill! More

Used Ford F250 Overall, my experience was a positive one. The only issue that I had was that they pulled the wrong vehicle. I was in a unique situation, as I had to Overall, my experience was a positive one. The only issue that I had was that they pulled the wrong vehicle. I was in a unique situation, as I had to leave town and wasn't going to be able to put everything together before I left(ie.title, sale of my vehicle) If I not want to lose out on this vehicle, so I asked if I could put a deposit down and complete when I got back, they allowed it. Problem was, I looked at and tried out only one vehicle, I asked about others, but never looked at or drove them. When I gave them the deposit over the phone, they pulled aside the wrong vehicle, I never said what vehicle and they never asked, but why would you pull a vehicle that I had not even looked at. They pulled a brand new vehicle instead of the used one, I lucked out and the used one was still there, so in the end it all worked out, but it could have become a difficult situation. Just a little more communication on both parties could have avoided it. Overall, my salesmen were very good to deal with. More
