Great people not everything done Went to the dealer interested in a truck with a plow for my business the first sales person I was pleased with but commercial sold the truck out from Went to the dealer interested in a truck with a plow for my business the first sales person I was pleased with but commercial sold the truck out from under me so they had another truck lesser miles needed work they also included a newer plow. At first the dealer did not want to fix the truck but bill that had become my sales person got them to put the money into the truck only thing I was not happy with they did not have the wiring for the plow installed and I thought when a plow came with the truck that is the only issue I had for paying a total of 23k for the truck and being a repeat customer. More

We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership when in reality we probably purchased one of the least expensive. I thought i would never buy a ford We thought we were going to get a Prius. So did a friend of ours who found out about the C-Max Energi. Although there are some features that are nicer We thought we were going to get a Prius. So did a friend of ours who found out about the C-Max Energi. Although there are some features that are nicer in the Prius and the gas mileage is a little better in the Prius the Ford dealer acknowledged these, was able to show us benefits of the C-Max over the Prius and did not disparage the Toyota and anyway. In contrast the Toyota dealer use negative sales tactics to try to sell the Prius. More

Talked a bit, found out about the pricing and figured we could live with it. We got there and were greeted in the parking lot by the rep we spoke to. He showed us the vehicle, we test-drove it, like it, and bought it. Finding a 2-wheel drive F150 standard cab in the North Country is hard. We looked everywhere. They had one... just one, right off the transport. We could have taken it home that day, (they got it ready while we were doing paperwork) but decided to get it undercoated. It was ready the next day. Incredibly quick! They kept us informed by email and phone. Did not hassle us into trying to buy something else, which we really appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was sincere, open, straight-forward and honest. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you all! More
