My husband Rob and I agree that this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had in quite a while. Bill walked us through everything from start to finish. He worked diligently on our behalf with car buying experiences we have had in quite a while. Bill walked us through everything from start to finish. He worked diligently on our behalf with Zack to get the deal we were looking for. Zack did a great job making us happy! Celeste was the cherry on top of the Sundae -- explained all the financing to us and the options we had. All were very knowledgeable, friendly -- and patient, as it was past closing time by the time we signed the deal and shook hands. Bill even spent the extra time to go over the car's features and help us set some things up before we left. We would not hesitate to work with this A-team at the H-team again! They are all assets to Heritage Ford! A shout out also to Mark who assisted in getting the car fueled and over for clearning --- and the service team for getting it all done in a timely fashion. More
