Nothing but good things to say about buying a new car through Heritage Ford. I had been a Heritage Ford customer for several years with zero complaints. In early 2023, however, I decided to try something through Heritage Ford. I had been a Heritage Ford customer for several years with zero complaints. In early 2023, however, I decided to try something new and I bought a Toyota RAV4 Prime. The car was o.k., but I really missed driving a Ford. There are so many nice standard features in the Ford vehicles that are either not available in the Toyota or are not included in the purchase price so you have to pay more. So…a year and 4 months later I decided to go back to Ford. Good decision. The staff (Bill in sales and Celeste in the finance office) were great and made the entire process a joy. Which is not an easy task when you are purchasing a big ticket item. They both gave 200% to make sure that I was happy with my new purchase and that the final cost would fall into my budget. So glad I went back to Ford! More
