Bill Lamon Initially my family and I were very upset with the service department of the Sloan Toyota dealership of Glenside because they failed to inform us that Initially my family and I were very upset with the service department of the Sloan Toyota dealership of Glenside because they failed to inform us that we needed to get a new alternator fixed on our car. We were told various things needed to be done to the car along with a state inspection but never mentioned anything about a new alternator. So we paid for all the work to get done ($833.10) thinking everything would be done and the car wouldn’t have any issues but as soon as I turned on the car getting ready to leave the dealership, the battery light was on after I had already mentioned it when turning in my car for service. They ran a test and then mentioned to me that it would cost me 1,300 to get a new alternator. Being outraged at this, we contacted Bill Lamon to trade in our car and he was a GREAT help! The whole Sales department is outstanding. They accommodating us for the misunderstanding on the car, and Bill helped me find the right car for me in my budget. Bill Lamon is honest, and I definitely feel comfortable recommending him to friends and family. More

Five Star Used Car Buying Experience! I have just finished my 4th used car purchase from Sloane (3 of them from Bill Lamon), and have no reason to shop anywhere else.
