Sloane Toyota in Glenside, made buying my car easy! I went to Sloane Toyota in Glenside to test drive a Highlander. I didn't want pressure to buy a car. When Bill Lamon greeted me asking me how he co I went to Sloane Toyota in Glenside to test drive a Highlander. I didn't want pressure to buy a car. When Bill Lamon greeted me asking me how he could help, I watched him listen. He didn't try to fast talk me or talk over me. No, not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or feel pressure! Bill knew that I was coming in to test drive a highlander but every step of the way, he worked to inform me so I was prepared and educated in case I decided to buy. Before coming in, I only received quotes for new cars and wasn't prepared to buy a used car that day. Bill said I was able to use his computer to get online quotes if I wanted to compare prices. He was so confident that Sloane's prices were competitive that he didn't shy away from me researching so I could feel that same confidence. He couldn't have been more respectful and accommodating. Because of Bill and Craig working to understand my needs, I ended up buying a car that day. The folks at Glenside Sloane made me an offer I couldn't refuse. When I asked about various models, Bill knew most of the details, and was able to look up what he didn't know, answering all of my questions. He encouraged me to test drive several cars, so that I could make an informed choice. When I settled on a model I liked, he arranged for a vehicle at another Sloane location to be brought to Glenside the next day for me to try out. Craig Appel was very helpful in working through the costs, and the value of my trade-in, in order to help me get to an affordable car payment. I had no intention to buy and expected to visit 2 other dealerships. However, after meeting Bill, taking a test drive and knowing the price was in line with fair market value, I bought the car. No back and forth required. Bill gave me an overview of Sloane and their no hassle philosophy and competitive pricing. I received all the info on the Mazda3 and the work the dealership put into it prior to putting it up for sale. Just a great experience. !! More
