Anthony Shrivers was an awesome salesman, he wasn't pushy, he was funny and relatable. I am thankful that Charisma Warfield placed him with me. Bill Larsen never left me to sit alone for very long & enjoyed our conversations. Randi Hatchett was very nice & made sure that any questions I had were answered. Buying my new work truck I went to David Stanley Chevrolet, explained what I was looking for and what extras would have to be done before it would work and then I left. Later I went to David Stanley Chevrolet, explained what I was looking for and what extras would have to be done before it would work and then I left. Later that day I received a call saying they had located an LTZ 3500 HD 4x4 Silverado and what the price would be with all the extras. I agreed to that truck and showed up later that evening and signed the paperwork. I was also given a loaner truck to work out of until my truck was ready for me to pick up. More

Worst buying experience ever! On January 10, I bought a 2011 Ram 2500. The salesman insisted it had been inspected, but within a few weeks, I found multiple issues. Leak on the tra On January 10, I bought a 2011 Ram 2500. The salesman insisted it had been inspected, but within a few weeks, I found multiple issues. Leak on the transfer case, leak on washer fluid, bad tire sensor, and the ac didn’t work. Luckily I bought an aftermarket warranty. Wrong! Warranty wouldn’t cover any of the repairs. At that point I had the truck for 10 and 2400 miles. After a lot of complaining, they agreed to fix it, but kept saying the warranty company agreed to it. Well I talked to them. I know they denied the claim. So I go to pick the truck up, and the ac still doesn’t work!! Next day, they find the leak in the evaporator. So I pick the truck up on Saturday, the tire sensor goes off on the way home. But...the invoice says they replaced it. This gets even better...6 days later, the Turbo starts going out. I go to the dealership and tell them I want out of this truck today! Call the guys at CJD and make me a deal on a new truck. I go to CJD and they actually asked me if I could do $1380/mo payments. Are you freakin kidding me? Obviously they didn’t want to deal with me anymore. That’s fine, the feeling is mutual. They lost out on a sale and I got a good deal elsewhere. Now to the AUL warranty refund. I have contacted AUL and the gave me a quote of 83% of the original contract price. That is $2451. If I don’t receive a check for this full amount within a timely manner, I will contact every media outlet I can find. I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience with David Stanley. More
