I can honestly say he is the most helpful and nicest car salesman that my family and I have ever dealt with and I left extremely happy! When I got home my mom was already saying how she will be returning to Branhaven to buy a wrangler from Bill in the future. Branhaven was extremely trust worthy throughout the entire process and got me an amazing deal I know I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. Bill has a way of making customers feel like they are part of the Jeep Branhaven family and totally confident and comfortable about their new purchase or lease. Your service department on the other hand could use a bit of work. I've never had issues up until the past few weeks with my Jeep. We've bought a total of 7 vehicles from here and would continue to buy them, maybe just not use the service department. Half of them have no idea what they are doing. Joe is always sweet and nice and I appreciate him for that. The other people just want to get you in and out. If I say my car has an issue and multiple people (including someone in your service department) agree then I would like it fixed, not told that it's a normal thing. It's obviously not normal to have a Jeep STALL. More

Very happy new Jeep owner I started looking at Wranglers online in CT to find the perfect color & model for myself. I found one about 45 minutes away from home. I contacted the dealer to check it out, which became a complete pain in the xxx. Someone in the owner's family was using it and it became hard to go look at it. When I did make the long drive to test drive it I loved it! I was able to look past the Dunkin Donuts trash & someone's dirty gym bag on the backseat. It was just what I was looking for after a long year of battling breast cancer-FUN! No one was available to get me lease prices that day. Three days later I got a phone call & started talking about maybe them selling me the Jeep Wrangler. The numbers were very vague to me-not sure they wanted to sell it. Well after feeling frustrated that no one really was ready to sell the Red Wrangler, I almost gave up on my Jeep ownership dream. Then my wonderful mother in law took me to meet her guy at Branhaven. Bill Larson was busy when we just popped in on him, but he called me within 2 hours asked what he could help me with. He was amazing to work with. Bill was able to find the Wrangler I wanted in the color I wanted & came back to me with good solid lease numbers that worked for me. Bill knows his cars & is there to sell them! My husband and I really liked working with him, he's a great guy! Everyone we met at Branhaven made the purchase move smoothly-EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! I would recommend this dealership in a second.. Great guy to work with! My wife and I went in to look at a 2014 Certified Ram 1500 that was listed at an attractive price when we were introduced to Bill. Although Bill had a very packed schedule during the time we were there, he made sure to make us feel not rushed and that every question or concern we had was answered. Bill was knowledgable and informed in both his presentation and answers to our questions. When we picked up the truck. It was prepped and minted out for us nicely. We are very pleased with Bill and the Branhaven dealership in how our entire trade in and purchase process was. On my one year anniversary Bill contacted me to see if I was happy with my car. I believe I startled him by saying no, the car I purchased I enjoyed, however with the harsh winter I realized I needed a 4-wheel drive. Without hesitation Bill suggested I come in and test drive a Jeep Compass. I found him to be supportive of my needs without being pushy. Bill , Duncan and Brandon were able to offer me an affordable 3 year lease. They made the process seamless. The car was prepped very quickly and was done to perfection.
