A Grand Cherokee at Branhaven caught my eye so I decided to stop in on a free afternoon. 1st good sign at Branhaven was the ability to walk around the lot without getting harassed, asked for Bill Larson based on a co-worker's recommendation and set an appointment for the following Monday. Bill understood exactly what I was looking for, didn't waste my time with any other vehicles or upsells. Hours later I had the car I was looking for, very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Bill and Branhaven to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I'll be back to see him in a few years. More
