This is my 5th Jeep from Branhaven. They are not the closest dealership to where I live, I go back because I have always had a great experience there. I always go there for service, because it's fast an closest dealership to where I live, I go back because I have always had a great experience there. I always go there for service, because it's fast and no hassle. Again, there is a dealership much closer to where I live that I could go to, but I choose to go to Branhaven because they have great people working there.I always feel I am getting a fair deal, and being dealt with honestly. The dealership was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. You do not feel like a customer being taking advantage of. They build helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. You do not feel like a customer being taking advantage of. They build your confidence in them and their product. They take the time to answer all of your questions, concerns, etc. They go the extra mile for their customers. I dealth with Bill Larson, who was an excellent salesman. He was there for us every step of the way. He took the time needed to explain our vehicle's accessories, etc. He took us for a tour of the facility, including the service bay areas, car washing service area, detailing area, etc. I would so strongly recommend this dealership and especially recommend Bill Larson. More

Overall I was very pleased with the experienced I had at Branhaven. The staff was always very welcoming when I was on site and even over the phone. Overall the experience was a great one. I went to the dealership with the car I wanted in mind and Bill was there to provide all the information I needed. He worked with the sales team to get me a great dealership with the car I wanted in mind and Bill was there to provide all the information I needed. Great buying experience. Found the car I wanted online sent an email on the price and was quickly called and set up with an appointment 2 min later. While at Branhaven the my dealer and the rest of the st sent an email on the price and was quickly called and set up with an appointment 2 min later. While at Branhaven the my dealer and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and worked with me to get the as close to the monthly payments I wanted as possible. Got my new car that day. More
