As soon as I stepped into this dealership I knew I would be buying a car here. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and not at all overbearing or aggressive with the sales pitch. Prior to finding Branhaven I had been dealing with another dealership in Branford that didn't even come remotely close to the excellent quality of customer service that I received at Branhaven. Bill Larson worked with me crunching numbers and answering all of my questions about the 2012 Jeep Wangler Unlimited that I was interested in. I never felt "pressured" at anytime to commit to the Jeep. I felt that he really wanted me to enjoy the car and the whole car buying experience. I went into the dealership in the late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, and even with trying to close early for the holiday, they made it a priority to make sure sure that I could leave with the car that night. Even as the clock was ticking and the banks closing early for the holiday. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Branhaven and will be sure to let my family and friends know that Branhaven is the place to go for a new or used car!
