Great customer service from the time I walked through the door for the first time, to me driving away in a brand new Wrangler. Bill Larson was very patient with me. He was very thorough going over all of my door for the first time, to me driving away in a brand new Wrangler. Bill Larson was very patient with me. He was very thorough going over all of my options and spent a considerable amount of time getting me the best deal. I was originally ineterested in a used 2012 Wrangler on the lot. After Bill had explained how I could just as well own a new 2013 Wrangler, I didnt expect that at all. They gave me a good trade in on my truck which also made this purchase possible. I am thrilled with the treatment I and my wife received and I will gladly be servicing my Wrangler at this location. More

Brandon did a wonderful job explaining our financing options and really worked with us to make getting an extended warranty worth our while. I stopped on my way back from work one day to look at possibly getting a Ram. I was met outside after a short time by Bill Larson. After shooting the breeze and answering every question I asked patiently possibly getting a Ram. I was met outside after a short time by Bill Larson. After shooting the breeze and answering every question I asked patiently (I asked about 3,215 questions), I was confident I wanted to buy a new Ram from Branhaven. I returned 6 months later on 7/30/2012 with money saved up and a more serious idea of what I wanted. Who met me out by the trucks but Bill. Bill left a lasting impression from 6 months earlier because he didn't act like a salesman, it was almost like I was dealing with a close friend I'd known for years. This opinion did not change throughout the process. From the first conversation to when he handed me the keys to my BEAUTIFUL new Ram, Bill acted like a big brother watching over me the whole time, working very hard to see that I not only got the best deal but also that me and my father enjoyed our time at Branhaven offering coffee, chips, soda, and whatever else they had. I was then referred to sales manager Mike Ramcke who kept up the positive opinion of the experience by trying to find every incentive and shortcut he could to ensure I was offered the best financial deal. Finally I was referred to Brandon Campbell who offered some warranty deals. But after this I was met by Bill Larson again who had meanwhile had my new Ram detailed and prepared and was ready to patiently show me every little feature on my new truck. Bill treated me and my father with respect and hospitality and left a real feeling of satisfaction for the whole experience of buying my first-ever new truck. He is the reason I will recommend Branhaven Chrysler to ALL of my friends and work associates. Branhaven Chrysler is extremely lucky and should be grateful that they have people like Bill working for them. More

I just leased a new Jeep Liberty this week, and I was very pleased with my experience with the people at BranHaven. Bill Larson and Mike Ramcke were extremely patient and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process. I felt like they listened to me and my financial concerns and worked with me to find the best fit for me. Throughout the entire experience I was treated with kindness, helpfulness, and patience while at no time feeling pressured. Bill explained the car's features thoroughly and even programmed my blue tooth and garage door opener for me. Mike worked very patiently with me to get me a great deal that fit into my budget. I had an exceptional experience at Branhaven Motors. I had been to several other dealers around the Hartford area since it is closer to my house but I felt I was not getting the best deal so I decided to had been to several other dealers around the Hartford area since it is closer to my house but I felt I was not getting the best deal so I decided to take a trip to Branhaven because I had heard great things about them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was not the case at some other dealers and ended up talking with Bill Larson. Bill was very personable and took the time to understand what I was looking for and the price range that worked for me. Without even mentioning the offers I received at other dealers, he was able to offer me the same vehicle I had been looking for at $3k less than the Hartford area dealers. He also had asked a long list of questions that would result in potential customer discounts (including one that was never asked by any other dealer and ended up being a significant discount for me). At that point, I knew I could trust Bill and the rest of the Branhaven team. Since I received such a great price, I began asking about some options that I wanted originally but knew I couldn't afford at the area Hartford dealers at the higher price. Ultimately, Bill gave me a list of vehicle options detailing financing vs. leasing since I was interested in both and left me to make the decision with no pressure. Meanwhile, I received several calls from the other dealers asking for an answer if I was going to accept their deals. Since I knew I could trust Bill and feeling absolutely no pressure, I made the easy decision and went with Branhaven's offer. The only better decision I could have made along the way was going to Branhaven first and not wasting my time at the other dealers who didn't have my best interest in mind.
