We found a pre-owned crossover the night before on cars.com and I gave Bill a call the next morning. He had it shined up and ready for a demonstration drive for my wife and I that night. Bill didn't hesitate to share the used car inspection when we arrived. This is something I found I had to pry from the salesperson or dig through the deal bag myself to locate at other dealers. The repairs and services performed prior to sale were impressive. The online asking price was spot on - no negotiations necessary. I'd be happy to see Bill at Naperville Chevy again for future vehicles, and will certainly recommend him to family and friends. More
