Bill was very good to work with, no high pressure, but knowledgeable and let the car sell itself. Just know that after the car sale, a guy shows up with a pitch to protect the car with exterior and inter knowledgeable and let the car sell itself. Just know that after the car sale, a guy shows up with a pitch to protect the car with exterior and interior coatings (we did get this, but note that the team doing the work doesn't want to talk to you or explain anything - so get everything in writing when they sell it to you). Then there was a massive guilt trip to add additional warranties. I got to the point where I wanted to ask whether I was getting a good car. They act as if it will probably start failing within the first year and that the cost of repairs will be out of control. I know it's all about getting an upsell, but good grief. The final straw came when she tried to sneak another 3 months of payments into the deal to make the warranty just $8 a month - that doesn't make the warranty "just $8 a month." I almost didn't catch that. Watch out. More
