This is the third car that I have leased from Colonial. He is the best and I will keep going to him and referring my friends to him. The service department is also the best I have ever experienced. They are friendly, helpful and really take care of me. I have used this dealer and their service department since 2003 when I bought my used VW Jetta Wagon. The car developed some annoying "features" that they fixed immediately. They have bent over backwards to resolve any car issues I have had. I had a problem with the work of one of their mechanics, that was resolved immediately as well. On their own initiative, they were able to get me a month free of a car payment from VW of America. When I ask questions, I get an honest answer about the necessity getting different types of maintenance done (as in needed and worth the money or not really needed). A mechanic volunteered to stay after hours when I showed up at 5pm with a tire that was deflating. The service area seems to be always busy but I usually can get servicing on the day that suits me best. Love the team of Bill & Bill in the service department. They are hard workers and straighter shooters. Can not say enough good things about them. More
