I was very satisfied with Bill Mehrkens. from my first email to the day I picked up my car, Bill made the process seem less. I used to deal with Norman (RIP) and I was hesitant to go back to MB bc I had a bad experience previously when Norman passed. I won’t mention the car salesman.
