Experience went well with the sale except when, after spending $42000 on our vehicle we got handed a baseball cap. I asked if I could get a sweatshirt and was told I had to buy it. My husband and I had never been to your dealership before, and we were greeted by Gary we were looking for a bronco. I had had a bronco in 1988. I really like the new ones that I’ve seen on the road before, and we were greeted by Gary we were looking for a bronco. I had had a bronco in 1988. I really like the new ones that I’ve seen on the road We went for a test drive in one. I think it was a base model and it wasn’t very comfortable. I had seen on your website that you had a 2024 bronco used on the lot that only had about 2000 miles on it and we took that for a test drive and it was wonderful Gary then proceeded to help us with our trade and our purchase never felt pressured at any time which is very unusual going to a dealership The rest of your team general manager, finance guy, and the owner son I can’t remember his name. We’re very kind and generous with their time. We have a little bit of an issue with the vehicle that Gary is looking into and we hope that it’s resolved soon but overall I give your dealership a 10 out of 10. I flew in from Ohio to purchase a used truck from Nick Nicholas Ford and was picked up by their driver Eddie,a very decent man at the Gainesville airport which was over an hour away. Once at the dealership,our salesman Nick Andrasko had most of the paperwork ready so the buying process flowed well and wasn’t longer or more stressful than it could have been. After the purchase and my return drive to Ohio I noticed a couple minor issues with the truck. After bringing these issues up to Nick and the service manager Bill Millian, they were reasonable in working with me to have the issues remedied. I don’t recall everyone’s names, but everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and buying experience at Nick Nicholas Ford. I highly recommend them. More
