The most god awful experience I have ever had in life purchasing a truck. To start with we started this trans action on a Monday. We went in and test drove a used 2020 F350 King Ranch. I noticed to start purchasing a truck. To start with we started this trans action on a Monday. We went in and test drove a used 2020 F350 King Ranch. I noticed to start with the tail gate didnt work properly so the salesman told us no problem they would have it fixed while we were in financing. Ok No problem. Then I mentioned why would the tires be almost bald when the odometer only read 15,000 miles on the truck. Come to find out after looking the truck over real good the truck was set up with after market wiring and hooks on the front proving this truck had been towed behind another vehicle for god only knows how many miles. Well we decided as long as the truck was still under factory warranty and they were willing to sell us an extended warranty we would go ahead and purchase this truck. What a mistake. We went into financing signed all the papers had the truck financed through Ford Motor Credit, was told after we gave them $25,000 down to get the payments where we wanted them and after they had transferred the tag off of my trade in onto this new truck that the new truck wouldnt be ready to pick up until 3 days later on Thursday. So they decided oh no problem we will put a dealer tag on my trade in and I could just drive it until the other truck was fixed. So I wait until Thursday after noon to call and see what time the truck would be ready for delivery. Was told oh something was wrong with the transmission and it wouldnt be ready until Friday. Well that didnt sit very well with me so I told them either I would pick up the truck on Thursday or cancel the deal. I was told told then No Problem I promise it will be ready today before closing. So I showed up there just to get screamed at by one of the sales managers and after I ask why was the truck on the front line for sale if it wasnt ready to purchase he informed me thats how they make a living. Well needless to say my wife and another salesman stepped between the 2 of us before this ended up into a fist fight in the parking lot. That when Bill the manager came outside. He promised me that the truck would be ready to pick up Friday morning at 9am. Well that turned out to be a lie also. He called me and had an excuse that some computer in the shop was down and they would have it ready by 11 oclock. Well guess what Bill called at 11 and told me oh we are waiting for a part to come in that was bad inside the transmission. He told me The valve body inside the trans was on recall and they had to change it before they could sell it. NOTHING BUT ANOTHER LIE. I took it upon myself to call 2 other ford dealerships and spoke to the servise department and gave them the vin number to truck to find out there had NEVER been a recall on any part of the transmission in that truck. The entire deal was nothing but LIES from the start to the finish. That when I decided I had had enough and just went in Saturday morning and cancelled the deal. Had to ewait until Monday to get my down payment back but after all lies I had listened to for a week I would never recommend anybody to purchase a used car or truck from this place. I have purchased 4 brand new trucks from 3 other dealerships since 2015 and this the GOW AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH AT A MAJOR CAR LOT. More
