Eli was great, professional and informative. He didnt rush the process and respected all decisions. Dealership is clean with a great inventory. Highly recommend Eli. We have been customers at Nick Nicholas Ford for fifteen years in both the service department and purchasing three automobiles. We recently purchased a 2020 Ford Edge. This was the second vehicle located years in both the service department and purchasing three automobiles. We recently purchased a 2020 Ford Edge. This was the second vehicle located and sold to us by Ana Sims at this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle from her two years ago we knew we wanted Ana to be our salesperson again. She is very professional and will spend the time and effort required to find the right vehicle. A word about this dealership....Their Service Department is very good in taking care of their clients. They are courteous, polite and give extra effort to satisfy customers. We drive Fords and know we will be treated very good by the personnel at Nick Nicholas Ford. More
