I live in CA and they treated me as if I was family and lived next door. The center of my relationship with Nick Nicholas Ford was my sales representative, Rex Adair. Because I didn’t visit the dealer (opposite coast) Rex became my eyes and ears and guided me through the process throgh numerous phone calls. He took extra photos and videos for me (he offered I did not have to ask) and ultimately we consummated the deal and the car is nestled in my garage in CA. Rex worked with my transporter and made sure all went smoothly. He kept in contact with me as the car made its way west to CA. The Shelby was exactly as described and advertised and I couldn’t be happier about my purchase. It’s a little more complex a transaction to conduct an out of state purchase-Nick Nicholas Ford from sales negotiations to delivery far exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a car and it happens to be at this dealership, give them the opportunity to earn your business-you will be happy you did! Exceptional Customer Service My Wife decided she couldn't see very well when driving our Lincoln Town Car and she would like to try a mid size SUV. She thought the added height would help her see the road better So weand also make it easier for her to get in and out of parking spots. So we had received an offer from Nick Nicholas Ford in the mail and I called Ana Sims, one of the Sales Reps. for the dealer. I had bought a vehicle from her previously and I was extremely pleased with her service and follow up. I made an appointment with her and at the last minute had to cancel it. I called and made an appointment for the next day and went to the dealership at the appointment time and after a short wait she came out from her office and greeted my wife and I with a big smile and hug. She apologized for the wait and explained that she had a customer and if we desired we could work with her partner Sales Associate Gary Noffsinger as expeditiously as possible due to some other staff being short handed. But Gary was very good for us to work with and we took a couple of test drives in two different Ford Edges and my wife decided she wanted the Titanium model. As the saying goes "a happy wife is a happy life"!!! So we traded the Lincoln Town Car for the Ford Edge Titanium. Needless to say we are thrilled with the new car and we shall continue doing business with Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness for all our automobile business. Contrary to popular opinions about car sales people working with Ana and Gary was trouble free and without any hiccups Gary and Ana we thank you for your wonderful service and follow up.
