These guys were phenomenal!! Not only did Bill Nabers help us find exactly what we were looking for, but he did so quickly, professionally, and in the friendliest manner. He was with us every step of the help us find exactly what we were looking for, but he did so quickly, professionally, and in the friendliest manner. He was with us every step of the way answering our barrage of questions without revealing even an ounce of frustration. Then we had the great pleasure of dealing with Chase (I forget his last name…sorry Chase!), a business manager, for the paperwork portion of the vehicle purchase. We had our wild toddler with us and Chase just kept in stride, always smiling, and quick to answer every question we had. He chatted it up with us for a good bit, not rushing or seeming uninterested, and it was the most amazing change of pace from your “typical” car guy. We were so impressed with these gentlemen we bought not one, but two vehicles, and we will most certainly be back!!! We will also be telling EVERYONE about the awesome crew at Landers Toyota NWA!!!!
