Absolutely horrible service! Parts and service is a complete joke, either you have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and leave you car for three days or do as the att Parts and service is a complete joke, either you have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and leave you car for three days or do as the attended said and take it somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of a doubt last weekend which is when i got this answer maybe I got there late or they were extremely busy but to be told the exact same thing the following weekend. Wow! Here is the kicker they tell you don’t schedule an appointment online or app because it doesn’t work. What a joke! Went next door to Dodge caravan in Lithia springs, looked twice as packed was advised of a long wait time but was seen. Missing my Jeep and Challenge right about now. Do better chevy More

I took my brand new vehicle back twice for the same issue that was not resolved and The vehicle experience the second issue after receiving it back. Today, I took it back for a third time for the same issue that was not resolved and The vehicle experience the second issue after receiving it back. Today, I took it back for a third time for the same issue and the AC issue I noticed after I got the vehicle back from the shop. I told the service manager Reggie that the AC issue did not exist when I brought my vehicle back the second time. I also told the service manager Reggie that I don’t expect any of these issues to exist when I pick the vehicle up the third time. The service manager Reggie got very abrasive with me and hung up before the call ended, I paid $50,000 for a vehicle and I don’t expect to have any issues out of it 30 days after it is in my possession. When I pick up the vehicle the third time and if these issues continue to exist I will be requesting a complete refund. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local news media if the dealership does not comply, it is my hope however that the vehicle will be fixed correctly the third time around, More
