No communication whatsoever! Ended up keeping my car for three days and never offered a loaner. Was going to check on one finally for me WHEN I HAD TO CALL THEM and they never Ended up keeping my car for three days and never offered a loaner. Also, when I got into my car there were things from my glove compartment and middle console that were on my seats. Why was someone even in there when I needed an oil change and had a leak of oil somewhere in the engine (on a two year old car!)! More
