Another Great Buying Experience at Sunset Ford in Waterloo I have been a fan of Sunset Ford in Waterloo for over 6 years since we bought our 2012 Focus there. We recently bought a 2015 F150 and, once again, t I have been a fan of Sunset Ford in Waterloo for over 6 years since we bought our 2012 Focus there. We recently bought a 2015 F150 and, once again, the experience was great. Our salesman, Joe Hill, took great care of us. He even drove to the Gravois location to pick up the truck we wanted and very quickly brought it to Waterloo so it was convenient for us. He worked with Mike Rich to get the deal where we needed it to be. It was a good deal. They have a direct relationship with our credit union and were able to secure the best rate offered through the credit union without having to call them or go to the credit union. Bill Rolufs, the Finance Manager, took care of it all for us. Very simple, very smooth transaction. Brad Middendorf in the service department has been taking great care of us as well. All of our service for our Focus and Fusion has been through the service department there. Thanks Sunset!! More
