Aaron Lang has always recognized us and spoke with us personally. Our latest sales rep was John MacBean. Both John and Aaron went to great lengths to get us the jeep we wanted (we had to have Sarge Green and a 6-speed, not a common combination). After nearly two weeks of attempted dealer trades John started the process of ordering our Jeep. During the ~9 week wait both John and Aaron kept in contact with updates. When we picked it up John walked us through all of the options and made sure we were comfortable with driving our new rig. This is our fifth new vehicle purchase from Tyson in nearly 20 years. JP Vaughn handled the financial process in typical fashion - professionally and efficiently. JP is the first finance manager that I look forward to working with - makes a typically dull process enjoyable. My wife and I will be Tyson customers until we buy our very last vehicle. More
