He took the time to explain some options to us and was not pushy at all. They didn't have the car we were looking for, but he said he would be on the lookout for us. Less than 2 weeks later, he called with EXACTLY what I was looking for. When we went back in, we dealt with Bill who was also just as helpful. He stayed late to finish up the deal so my husband would not have to come in the next morning. This was one of our best car buying experiences! More
