This did not happen at WRT with Sheldon. I was never pressured or surprised. Sheldon listened to what I was asking for and kept me informed consistently throughout the whole process. My two kids (5 and 7), came with me while I test drove 3 vehicles, twice, while trying to make decision. They were welcomed and even asked for their feedback on the vehicles. Sheldon’s daughter was there helping him out. Thank you to her for assisting in the car buying process! It’s awesome to see White River Toyota be so family friendly and supportive of their staff. I also want to thank Bill and Chris for their help. The staff like Sheldon, Bill, and Chris are the reason I went to WRT and they are the reason I’ll go back in the future. More
