Excellent customer service I was preparing for surgery and was not able to get around well, so Troy brought a vehicle to me to test drive! After a few days my husband and I went to the dealership to take another look at that vehicle. While we were there Troy and Bill were able to get me an amazing deal on a brand new Toyota 4Runner instead of the used one. This is the second time we have dealt with this dealership and we traveled 450 miles round trip. I’m over fifty and have bought a lot of cars and trucks and never have I ever experienced this kind of friendly, courteous, and honest dealing. Bill Smith went out of his way to sell us a truck. He beat every dealer’s price on the new truck and gave us the most for our trade. When you go to other dealers they are like vultures waiting to prey on you and fighting each other to get a sale. You don't see this at this dealership and this is what really makes this dealer stand out from among the rest. What an atmosphere to witness and see. The whole dealership works together to work the sale and trade. It’s like a big family of friends. We are from New York and you wouldn't see that here! We don't know anyone at this dealership. But it's like family and you have known them all your life. Other sales men come up to you and talk to you like you are family or you've know them all your life. Not trying to steal a sale from their fellow peers like they do in New York. This was what made this dealership stand out the most for us. The friendship that was made is built on honesty and trust. It’s really nice to save money on a car but it's nice to enjoy the process of not being pressured or cheated. This dealership goes out of their way to make you feel wanted, relaxed, and satisfied throughout the whole transaction. Bill Smith is a salesman with great integrity and honesty that makes the deal well satisfied and worth the drive. I can't say enough about this dealership and the staff. It’s too good to believe until you experience it for yourself. If you want to buy a vehicle and not be pressured or robed and with a relaxed and honest transaction this is the dealership for you!!!
