We purchased a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Troncalli Jeep. On my initial contact with the sales department, I talked with Tyler Grant. He was more than helpful. I had my Chrysler 300 in for service and chatted a bit with him. I made plans to return to see him, however he was with another customer. We were greeted and turned over to Bill Smith. The care and attention that Bill gave us was superb. He helped us with not only with the purchase of the vehicle but also the ways to use all the features. DJ Wilks in finance was great to work with as well. We purchased our last car from another dealership, once we signed the papers they were ready to get rid of us. As a matter of fact, Bill took the time to show us some of the features we didn't know about on our ChrysIer 300!!
