Being in the market for a new full size work truck, we decided to go to Troncalli in Cumming to check out Ram trucks. The inventory was really nice. They had several trucks in different trims levels inclu decided to go to Troncalli in Cumming to check out Ram trucks. The inventory was really nice. They had several trucks in different trims levels including what I was looking for, the Tradesman and Bighorn. While there, we worked with Bill Smith from the sales department. Bill was fantastic! Down to earth and highly knowledgeable about the two trucks I was deciding between. He pulled both trucks up front so I could do a side-by-side comparison. Showing the features of both trucks, Bill helped with my decision. For my purposes, the Ram 1500 Tradesman Quad cab with 6’ 4” bed was the winner. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend giving him a shot at your business! I’d also like to thank Glenn Ballew in the finance office for making that process as painless as possible. He’s a clever man that knows his job inside and out. I also got some “top-shelf” customer service from the parts department in picking out some nice side steps for our new truck.
