Great service from Bill Terhorst Bill Terhorst first responded to me from my original inquiry on 3 used cars that I found for sale on the Valley Honda website. He responded by email a Bill Terhorst first responded to me from my original inquiry on 3 used cars that I found for sale on the Valley Honda website. He responded by email and also a voicemail message on my phone. He was friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived at the Valley Honda dealership in Aurora, IL. He provided me with information on each car that I had interest in. We test-drove five different used autos on the lot. And one of the autos we drove 3 different times. Bill was very patient with us. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. When there was a question in regard to a mechanical problem with the auto we were interested, he immediately addressed the problem. We were able to get the problem fixed the same day in their service center. Since I was down to one auto, due to the loss of our other car in an auto accident, he figured out a way for me to purchase the car and get it home the same day. He followed me home. Then drove me back to the dealership so that I would be able to drive home the newly purchased car. I gave Bill Terhorst a 5-star rating because, in my opinion, he went above and beyond to provide us with a superior customer service experience. More
