My experience at Valley Honda was awesome! Bill was very patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying expe patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying experience all that much more pleasant. The dealership is VERY impressive, the staff is most inviting and helpful without being pushy. The selection in vehicles is unbelievable and the pricing is very fair. Bill even took us on a tour of the service area and explained that due to the expansion (it really is HUGE), no appointments are necessary for service. Bill Terhorst is a phenomenal Honda Sales professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a reasonable price.  It was such a pleasure working with Bill as he treated my family and I with respect.  He was very relatable and had high moral values --- no sleazy sales tactics.   I drove about 1+ hours from the Chicago northshore suburbs and it was well worth it.      I called Bill, he checked if the vehicle was still available.  I said I was leaving and it'd take me a while to get there.  I told him I was very serious about the car and he promised he'd have the keys ready for me when I arrived.  Bill was willing to negotiate and did so in a friendly non-pressuring manner and ended up getting for a great deal... much less than the Edmunds bluebook price.   He was upfront about everything. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend my friends to use him and Valley Honda.   Valley Honda is probably one of the best Honda dealers in the Chicago area.   Big waiting room, tons of knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge waiting room with stuff for the family and kiddos.  I've been to 7 different dealers looking for a used Odyssey and others didn't have the selection or good customer service.  Well worth the drive for having such a great experience. Bill Sexton, the Used Car Manager, also deserves kudos. I recently went to Valley Honda after seeing an ad in the paper and could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received from the staff there. Our salesperson , Bill Terhorst, was extremel paper and could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received from the staff there. Our salesperson , Bill Terhorst, was extremely personable... In a genuine way, not the way some salespersons act. He never pressured us during the process of finding a suitable vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and ready to help in whatever direction we wanted to go. He gave us plenty of time to mull over our choices, which made me feel at ease. In my opinion, he did every "right" when it comes to selling vehicles. Once we made our choice and began the actual buying process, the  excellent level of service was continued with the business manager, Rose Hernandez. She was just as friendly as Bill and extremely patient. We had our kids with us and she was great with our toddler running around  in her office while we signed the paperwork. I cannot adequately express the amount of gratitude I have to Bill, Rose and Valley Honda for not only helping us with this vehicle purchase, but for making it enjoyable. More

We had been researching Coupe Models and had narrowed it down to Volkswagen (Beetle) and Honda(Civic). We were looking for a model with good MPG ratings, curb appeal, and interior options. He drove up in(spoiler alert!) our car, a charcoal grey beauty that we loved. Bill walked us through the features and we went for a test drive. We were sold! Not only were we impressed with the Civic, but Bill's no-pressure approach was a refreshing change to previous auto purchasing adventures. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly.
