From the very beginning I couldn't be happier with the service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted t service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted to test drive in this down economy. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly. I will definitely recommend Valley Honda's dealership as well as the services of Bill Terhorst. More
