I recently went to Valley Honda after seeing an ad in the paper and could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received from the staff there. Our salesperson , Bill Terhorst, was extremel paper and could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received from the staff there. Our salesperson , Bill Terhorst, was extremely personable... In a genuine way, not the way some salespersons act. He never pressured us during the process of finding a suitable vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and ready to help in whatever direction we wanted to go. He gave us plenty of time to mull over our choices, which made me feel at ease. In my opinion, he did every "right" when it comes to selling vehicles. Once we made our choice and began the actual buying process, the  excellent level of service was continued with the business manager, Rose Hernandez. She was just as friendly as Bill and extremely patient. We had our kids with us and she was great with our toddler running around  in her office while we signed the paperwork. I cannot adequately express the amount of gratitude I have to Bill, Rose and Valley Honda for not only helping us with this vehicle purchase, but for making it enjoyable. More

We had been researching Coupe Models and had narrowed it down to Volkswagen (Beetle) and Honda(Civic). We were looking for a model with good MPG ratings, curb appeal, and interior options. Our Sales rep, Bill Terhorst, talked to us briefly about what we were interested in and went off to look for a Civic Coupe. He drove up in(spoiler alert!) our car, a charcoal grey beauty that we loved. Bill walked us through the features and we went for a test drive. We were sold! Not only were we impressed with the Civic, but Bill's no-pressure approach was a refreshing change to previous auto purchasing adventures. From the very beginning I couldn't be happier with the service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted t service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted to test drive in this down economy. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly. I will definitely recommend Valley Honda's dealership as well as the services of Bill Terhorst. More
