However, Bill Terhorst did not at all make me feel like the pain I know I kinda was...he treated my family with kindness, professionalism, and an extreme amount of patience when we came into the dealership to look at the car again or ask more questions. I felt welcomed every time I visited and when I finally bought my car, I felt extremely happy about my decision.
