We've purchased two cars from Valley Honda. The first was a new Honda Fit and the second, about a year later, was a used Volkswagen Golf. Both experiences were great. There was a small problem with my VW after I purchased it and when I told Bill about it he took care of it immediately at no charge to me. I highly recommend Bill and tell all my friends & family to go see him when they even hint at considering getting another car. More

My experience at Valley Honda was awesome! Bill was very patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying expe patient with answering all my questions regarding the Honda CR-V that I was interested in. There was no pressure to buy - which made the buying experience all that much more pleasant. The dealership is VERY impressive, the staff is most inviting and helpful without being pushy. The selection in vehicles is unbelievable and the pricing is very fair. Bill even took us on a tour of the service area and explained that due to the expansion (it really is HUGE), no appointments are necessary for service. I highly recommend VALLEY Honda to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More

Bill Terhorst is a phenomenal Honda Sales professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a professional.    Bill is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and upfront.  I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring Certified in great condition at a reasonable price.  It was such a pleasure working with Bill as he treated my family and I with respect.  He was very relatable and had high moral values --- no sleazy sales tactics.   I drove about 1+ hours from the Chicago northshore suburbs and it was well worth it.      I called Bill, he checked if the vehicle was still available.  I said I was leaving and it'd take me a while to get there.  I told him I was very serious about the car and he promised he'd have the keys ready for me when I arrived.  Bill was willing to negotiate and did so in a friendly non-pressuring manner and ended up getting for a great deal... much less than the Edmunds bluebook price.   He was upfront about everything. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend my friends to use him and Valley Honda.   Valley Honda is probably one of the best Honda dealers in the Chicago area.   Big waiting room, tons of knowledgeable and friendly staff, huge waiting room with stuff for the family and kiddos.  I've been to 7 different dealers looking for a used Odyssey and others didn't have the selection or good customer service.  Well worth the drive for having such a great experience. Bill Sexton, the Used Car Manager, also deserves kudos.
