We have been customers of Valley Honda for the past 5 years and just leased our third vehicle yesterday. A few months ago while waiting for an oil change, I decided to walk the sales floor to look around years and just leased our third vehicle yesterday. A few months ago while waiting for an oil change, I decided to walk the sales floor to look around at bigger vehicles that would accommodate my growing family. (A Honda Civic just doesn't accommodate 3 carseats, and I had until September to figure something out!) I bumped into Bill Terhorst who answered all the questions I had and made some vehicle suggestions. He gave me his card and we had been in contact via email until I was able to find a convenient time to come in again and discuss pricing, trading in my Civic, etc. He was not pushy at all and truly cared about helping me stay within my budget. He was a joy to work with and very helpful! We love Valley Honda and would definitely recommend working with Bill! More
