We have been customers of Valley Honda for the past 5 years and just leased our third vehicle yesterday. A few months ago while waiting for an oil change, I decided to walk the sales floor to look around years and just leased our third vehicle yesterday. A few months ago while waiting for an oil change, I decided to walk the sales floor to look around at bigger vehicles that would accommodate my growing family. (A Honda Civic just doesn't accommodate 3 carseats, and I had until September to figure something out!) I bumped into Bill Terhorst who answered all the questions I had and made some vehicle suggestions. He gave me his card and we had been in contact via email until I was able to find a convenient time to come in again and discuss pricing, trading in my Civic, etc. He was not pushy at all and truly cared about helping me stay within my budget.
