I wanted something that could fit 6-7 passengers, but not a van and not a huge car. I test drived different models, but chose the Dodge Journey because it drives like a car, but still high off the ground like a truck and fits more than 5 passengers. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process from the sale to the final finance plan and made sure I understood how to operate the vehicle in its entirety before leaving the parking lot. The games that are associated with trade-ins and purchases were not played. We test drove the truck one night and told Bill we still wanted to test drive other manufacturers before we made a final decision. He said no problem and was confident we would be back. He knew how his vehicle compared to others. When we called him later in the week we were able to agree to a price that was fair to both of us within the matter of a few emails. Two hours later the truck was sitting in my driveway. In the past at other dealerships each time you go to the dealership you would be stuck there for a minimum of two to three hours for each visit (1, negotiate, 2, sign the papers and lastly the pick up). All these hours would be spread out over the span of a week. I appreciated Bill's honestly and ability to wrap up our deal in a timely matter without jeopardizing customer service. Thank you Bill Tierney!!! More

The car was a 2013 with low milage and good features so it particularly drew my interest. At the time that I first spoke with Bill it was a few hours before they closed so I was not sure that I would be able to get down to evaluate it. Bill said that he would be willing to drive it up to my home which was a pleasant surprise however given that it was dinner time and I was preparing dinner felt like it could wait so I decided that I would come down to the dealership if he could stay and wait. When I arrived around 45 minutes later the car was in the front ready for viewing. Bill came right out, answered all my questions and we test drove it for a short distance. I told him that I was interested and offers were made between the sale price, my trade in value an Tony the owner and I eventually agreed on final figures. By this time it was after closing so was once again appreciative of everyone's willingness to stay and finalize everything. Tony's son prepped all the financing and paperwork very professionally and Bill then followed through the next day with having everything ready for pickup. He gave a good overview of the car's operation since this was my first Jeep I was learning about them. I drove the car for the first day and found that some minor alignment an brake inspection was needed. Bill made sure that a service appointment was established and after service the issues were resolved. I have found the team that supported me at 495 very easy to work with and professional in their sales service. I work in sales and appreciate directness and integrity which these guys extended. I would certainly revisit or recommend them for future car considerations. More

The price quoted was the price I got and it was well under all the other dealerships I had to wade through . Bill was straight forward and honest about pricing. Not like one other dealership , where I was quoted 3 different prices (ranging 4 to 5 thousand dollars) on the same exact car. Of course, that dealership said they couldn't honor the lowest price they gave me. Bill delivered the truck to us even though it was 3 hours away from the dealership.
