Thinking what are we gonna do to get back to GA. And Bill said he was gonna do whatever he could to help us. And he did. I love the SUV and I am so glad he assisted us. I had to 'negotiate' to get the price to a reasonable value to account for the repairs that would need to be done. My salesman, Bill Urbanski, was friendly and willing to work with me. We bought the car and are satisfied with the purchase. My only complaint would be: fix the car's problems before trying to sell it. When you sell a car with obvious issues, it leaves you wondering what else may be going on, and it gives the dealership a better chance at getting asking price. More

After a few minutes looking around on the lot, Bill came out to greet me and showed me a handful of cars in my price range. When I found something that I liked we took it out for a test drive and heard some rattling in the frontend suspension. He told me if I liked that car he would have it taken care of, which he did. After driving it home I noticed problems with the headlights flickering and flashing. I called Bill up and told him about the problem and he said he would take care of that also even though I bought it "as is". overall the service was friendly and I was never left wondering about any step in the process of buying or having repairs done. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase and will be visiting again myself when the time comes More

Used Car Purchase My wife and I came in looking for something very inexpensive. We specifically told Mr. Urbanski exactly how much we were willing to spend, and he show My wife and I came in looking for something very inexpensive. We specifically told Mr. Urbanski exactly how much we were willing to spend, and he showed exactly what we were looking for. He didn't sugar coat the condition of the cars he showed us. He told exactly what to expect from them. In fact there was even one car within our price range that was in such subpar condition that he told us that it was not to be trusted and that we shouldn't even consider it. He also did not try to upsell at all. He worked with the limits we gave him without putting pressure on us to get something more expensive. And best of all when we got insurance on the vehicle and discovered that the initial payment was more than we had in the bank at that moment, Bill actually paid it for us and absolutely insisted that it was a favor that he for which he would not accept repayment. we were in a very difficult situation both in terms of how fast and how desperately we needed a new car, and in terms of how little we could spend because of some financial difficulties that we're going through right now. Bill was an absolute life saver! More
