I saw the vehicle I wanted on the lot the night before, called up first thing in the morning, Bill answered the phone, introduced himself, invited me I saw the vehicle I wanted on the lot the night before, called up first thing in the morning, Bill answered the phone, introduced himself, invited me down to the dealership, and had me behind the wheel of that ride in under three hours. I didn't want to haggle, didn't want to take his 'best offer' down the road to another dealership, didn't want any surprises, and wanted to know that my purchasing experience would extend far beyond the 'sale'. From the start, we laid everything out on the table, whittled those down to my best option, and it was a done deal. From that point on, a flurry of phone calls took place, papers were signed, some good ol' fashioned extras were thrown in, and I was on the road back to work, another of many - '6 star satisfied' customers.
