My experience at Elkins Chevy has always been amazing but they really out did themselves this last visit when my husband and I were there buying our new traverse. Not only did our sales representative Bill they really out did themselves this last visit when my husband and I were there buying our new traverse. Not only did our sales representative Bill and the manager Adam give us amazing service and pricing they tended to out every need considering we had to bring out three year old and newborn twins with us. They made us as comfortable as possible and showed that they really care about customers and customer service!! And last but not least Lisa in finance was so kind and patient. She took the time to explain all the paper work and was so sweet to my three year old!! I will always come back to Elkins!! More
