He explained, clearly, all of the finance options available as well as current incentives being offered. Bill was friendly and put us at ease. He made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Mike was terrific. From taking care of the detailing of my new car to helping me to clean out the car I was trading to explaining all of the features and fun gadgets of my new car - he did all with a big smile!
