Bill was very accommodating and personable. What held back my rating was the finance person that tried to pull the wool over my eyes when he adjusted the payment by reducing it by only $12 after giving m back my rating was the finance person that tried to pull the wool over my eyes when he adjusted the payment by reducing it by only $12 after giving me an additional $2350 in equity. He said oh did I mess up? But no apology. He wasn’t trustworthy. More
