Our experience at McGee was below average. Salesman used usual tactics to entice us to buy that day and I understand up selling is all part of the profit process so this was easy enough to disallow. Our phone calls to the General Manager regarding the second set of keys, that were clearly available during the test drive, miraculously disappeared on receipt of the vehicle went unanswered. A replacement key would cost a ludicrous Toyota service fee of $436 dollars. When I questioned this charge, the customer service agent in parts got all pissy and told us the sales manager would call us. Another dead end. I am happy with the car because I did my research and I am looking forward to having it maintained anywhere but Mcgee. to More
