There was a miscommunication during the deal, however when reported, the right people tried hard and it was fixed finally. Purchased a 2018 Camry on Dec 13. Very happy with service dept and finance. Wish I could say the same for the sales person Bill Williamson. During the sales process he mentioned more than once that he would dept and finance. Wish I could say the same for the sales person Bill Williamson. During the sales process he mentioned more than once that he would connect my phone to Bluetooth, give me an overview to explain car technology etc. which I appreciated since I traded in an old car, (this should have been done before I left the lot for the first time) get me a set of manuals because there wasn’t one in the glove box and get paint for some touch ups which he also said he would do. I went back on the 15th for insp sticker (which he neglected to tell service about so caused me to wait an extra 20 minutes until service came out and asked what we’re they supposed to do with the car.). Haven’t heard from Bill since. Today is the 22nd. I also found him very dismissive when I asked questions about warranties etc. A very nice lady named Dottie in the Service Dept was able to get me a set of manuals so I guess now I can connect my phone to bluetooth and figure out the technology myself by reading the manuals. It would have been really nice to have some help with it and given to me what was promised. Doubt I’ll ever get the paint. Not a good feeling to be neglected once the check is cashed. More
