Kayla Belajac in the service dept has no idea what she’s doing. Came in for a recall on my brake lines, she tried telling me I need to pay them $280 for a new battery too. I told her my battery is a year ol doing. Came in for a recall on my brake lines, she tried telling me I need to pay them $280 for a new battery too. I told her my battery is a year old and worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off so it’s Kia’s responsibility to fix it. She was adamant that they would not replace my battery. I went above her to her manager and my battery was fixed the following day with no problems. She’s young and dumb and doesn’t know anything about cars or Kia policies. Will never go to the dealership again. Shady and incompetent. More

This is the best experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. You have 100% gained a life long customer and I already have and will continue to refer everyone I know to this amazing establishment, thank you guys genuinely from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so good about my purchase. From the sales department all the way to the finance manager just all around a wonderful group of human beings!
