I bought myself a 2022 Bolt two days ago, and it wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be. Not the right car for country living. I called this morning to see if I could exchange her for my second choice. exactly what I thought it would be. Not the right car for country living. I called this morning to see if I could exchange her for my second choice. No questions asked… No hesitation …. I was just told to come in as soon as I was able. I was greeted by big smiles and firm handshakes. My second choice, a beautiful 2021 BMW 28I, was waiting for me when I got to the dealership. While the paperwork was being handled, I was handed the BMW keys. I was treated with respect from start to finish. As a woman, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to car shop on your own, but these guys made it easy. No pressure or “man explaining”. I would highly recommend this dealership and their wonderful sales team. More
