The most amazing people I have ever dealt with in my life! Considerate, caring and understanding can not even begin to describe these people.. After the loss of my mother just a month ago and everything life! Considerate, caring and understanding can not even begin to describe these people.. After the loss of my mother just a month ago and everything else I’ve been through this year..To have every other dealership literally turning their backs on me.. This dealership made it happen. You have a loyal customer for life. Thank you. As for Al Sienko and David Cain you are my angels you actually gave me faith back in people and dealerships .. when I say someone worked hard to make something happen these men bent over backwards and jump through hoops.. No other dealership did this and when they said I’ll call you back and I never heard from them. I honestly expected the same from this place .. However!! These men said give me a few minutes and I’ll call you back and that’s what they did and worked with me until they found me an amazing car exactly what I wanted plus so much more!! I bought myself a 2022 Bolt two days ago, and it wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be. Not the right car for country living. I called this morning to see if I could exchange her for my second choice. No questions asked… No hesitation …. I was just told to come in as soon as I was able. I was greeted by big smiles and firm handshakes. My second choice, a beautiful 2021 BMW 28I, was waiting for me when I got to the dealership. While the paperwork was being handled, I was handed the BMW keys. I was treated with respect from start to finish. As a woman, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to car shop on your own, but these guys made it easy. No pressure or “man explaining”. I would highly recommend this dealership and their wonderful sales team. More

I drove down from north Alabama to purchase a vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. It was well worth the drive. Allan Sienko and everyone at the dealership was great to work with.
