Chris in Springdale sent me over to Billy P. in Bentonville, and he made everything happen. Over and over again, he showed up with patience, follow-through, and a level of care you don’t always see. Before the sale was even final, he had a tiny sound in the car fixed within a day, he checked on a windshield chip and had it verified as resolved within minutes, AND after the sale, he replaced my key fob battery for free without hesitation. The car was washed multiple times, came with a full tank of gas, and my kid even got a donut (or two), which—let’s be honest—sealed the deal. None of it felt transactional. It felt like someone actually making sure things were right, which made all the difference for me and my family after the accident. Everything was smooth. The price was right.
