Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

Pleasant (not painful) car buying experience!! After 2 visits to Annapolis Subaru and test driving lots of cars with my salesman, Kyle Lindsay, I ordered a Crosstrek. The car came in, as promised, After 2 visits to Annapolis Subaru and test driving lots of cars with my salesman, Kyle Lindsay, I ordered a Crosstrek. The car came in, as promised, in about 8 weeks. Unfortunately, when Kyle called to let me know the car was in, I was taking care of a close family member who was ill and had taken a turn for the worse. I explained my situation and advised Kyle that I was unable to pick up the car and didn't know when I would be able to pick up the car. Kyle and everyone at the dealership treated me with kindness and compassion, they heard me, they understood my situation and they held my new car on their lot for about 3 weeks. The day after my family member passed, I called Kyle and said I was ready to pick up my new car. Even though it was Kyle's day off, he offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership so I could get my new car. WOW!!!! What service!! I was not in a good frame of mind while picking up my car, but Kyle and Billy Sadtler (finance) treated me with kid gloves and helped me thru the process! This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had!!!!! More

So, I was not surprised when purchasing my new Outback from them that we had an equally wonderful experience. Ginny, our sales associate, was welcoming and patient, and worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for us at the price we wanted. She had only been working there for about a week and we were happy to be her first sale! Billy did a great job explaining all the financials and entertaining our daughter during all the paperwork. The whole staff worked swiftly in getting us through the process and out the door. More

Great Experience Buying a 2016 CrossTrek The sales people at Annapolis Subaru were much better to work with than dealers at other stores in the area. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car, unlike Wilkins Subaru of Glen Burnie who wanted to give me half of Kelly Bluebook, and were quick and receptive to my requests. Unfortunately, the car I really wanted initially was at Wilkins and they were unwilling to make the trade, but despite this setback, Ottie Jones was able to move quickly and find me the perfect car right before I needed to drive back to college. Joe Tyler was also a pleasure to work with and was not the usual "wheeler-and-dealer" "snakes oil salesman" that one often thinks about when they think of auto-finance people. Joe was honest, straightforward, and did not pressure me into any options/planning that I was not interested in. Again, real pleasure to work with. I want to thank all the great sales people at this location and would highly recommend them for anyones future Subaru/car needs. More

2017 Outback purchase I bought a 2017 Outback 2.5 Premium with Kyle Lindsay as my salesperson. He was great! No rush or pressure & was willing to take the time to show me a I bought a 2017 Outback 2.5 Premium with Kyle Lindsay as my salesperson. He was great! No rush or pressure & was willing to take the time to show me all the options. Took test drives in both 6 & 4cyl models with different options. In the end they did not have the model & color I wanted in stock. After looking at other vehicles, Kyle & I made a fair deal over the phone & they ordered me what I wanted. It arrived sooner than expected & Kyle picked me up to get to the dealership for delivery. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend. Easy, painless transaction. Billy Sadtler in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. More
