Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

Exceptional Experience From the initial interaction with Ottie Jones to the moment I received the keys for my new Outback, the entire process at Annapolis Subaru far surpass From the initial interaction with Ottie Jones to the moment I received the keys for my new Outback, the entire process at Annapolis Subaru far surpassed previous experiences and ordeals at other dealerships. Ottieās calm and pleasant disposition immediately alleviated most of my initial anxiety while test driving 3 different models (Forester, Crosstrek, and Outback). His patience is to be commended after I asked to test drive each of the 3 models a second time, and especially for my many questions during the entire process. During the test drives it was clear Ottie made mental notes of my comments and particular reasons for wanting to purchase a new vehicle. This aided greatly in deciding if a Subaru was right for me, and if so, which one would best fit my needs. It was refreshing to know someone was genuinely paying attention. The negotiations were low pressure, quick, and quite fair. The most difficult part of the entire process was waiting on the Outback to arrive! A small mix-up was noticed when the Outback did arrive and was immediately straightened out by the wonderful employees at Annapolis Subaru. Billy Sadtler did a terrific job with handling the financing and other paperwork, especially near closing time on a busy Saturday. I have no reservations in recommending Annapolis Subaru to anyone and will undoubtedly be returning in the future. More

I Lived to get my second Subaru! On January 27, 2016, I purchased my very first Subaru. I had the most amazing salesman, Wayne Eppard. I am a nursing student who was getting ready to On January 27, 2016, I purchased my very first Subaru. I had the most amazing salesman, Wayne Eppard. I am a nursing student who was getting ready to graduate this May, and start my career as a nurse over the summer. I told him I needed a reliable car, that was safe. Wayne, found me a used 2008 Legacy, I loved it from day one. Wayne treated us like family from the moment that we started talking with him. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and understanding. I had never had a car with leather seats, that were heated so I was very excited. I had a small list of things, to make sure the vehicle did, due to past vehicle short comings. Wayne was so patient, he wrote them all down and checked each on for me. That made me feel so good, he treated me with much respect. It was not quite 3 full days later, that on Saturday morning January 30, 2016, I had just gotten off from working my night shift at the local hospital. I was hit head on by another driver. I suffered multiple trauma injuries including broken leg, internal injuries to my abdomen, chest and shoulder. My new car was totaled. I was trapped in my car and had to be cut from the car. The rescue teams that arrived to the scene to free me from my vehicle, and by standers that were on scene all said "That car saved her life!"; "If she had been in another vehicle, she would not have survived"; "The roll cage saved her life". After 45 min, they were able to free me from the car. I was then rushed to the closest Trauma center. I spend 6 days in a trauma center, and face months of rehabilitation. The important part is that I LIVED to tell my story!. When Wayne called a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car, he found out about my accident. He would call to check on me, and kept in touch with us, to monitor my recovery. All the the employee's from the Annapolis Subaru dealership, have been sending well wishes, to me; and have been checking up on my recovery. One month after the accident on February 29, 2016 I went back to Annapolis Subaru, and saw my friend Wayne and we purchased my second Subaru;This time a used 2008 Outback. Wayne was amazing, yet again, he said looked over the vehicle, and it was a good car, he even remembered my 'list' of things to check for me. I can not drive for another few months, but I know that when I can I will have a very safe vehicle, and I already love it very much. I can not say enough about Wayne, He is amazing, and I am proud that now only can I say "I have a guy, if your looking for a vehicle..." but I can say, "Wayne has become a friend." In the business of customer service, you have have certain qualities, to be successful, Wayne has all of them plus...He is exceptional, and deserves a customer service award. We finished our paperwork this time with Joe, he was super nice. We had a great time talking with him while we signed completed the paperwork. My first Subaru, we did our paperwork with Billy. He treated us with great respect, and was so kind as well. I also, can't say thank you enough to everyone at the dealership who has send me 'well wishes, for a speedy recovery'. Due to my injuries, I had to withdraw from nursing school, and will be able to return in the fall and graduate in December of this year. I made a promise to Wayne and the other's in a few years after I become a nurse and get settled in my career, I will be coming back for my 3rd Subaru and it will be brand new! Thank you Subaru for making a safe vehicle that saved my life, because 'I LIVED'. Thank you Wayne, and the Annapolis team for making my experience so wonderful!! More

Annapolis Subaru is TheBest My association with Annapolis Subaru began last summer when I ordered extra keys and arrived to pick them up with my dog Harry and no leash. A serviceman found an incredible line so Harry could walk around while we waited and I thought - "This must be a pretty good place!". Time to find a new Subaru and I had buyers' services and dealers and all kinds of help. Colin Murphy, from Annapolis Subaru took great care of me on a busy Saturday - we got the trade-in value and the paperwork completed. Colin printed out my figures and Annapolis Subaru met the best offers I had. This was the last time I saw Colin until I received an email "Your chariot has arrived!". I found my two previous Subarus on the net; this time with Colin's help, I ordered over the phone! The evening I picked up the car, Colin checked me out in it - sort of like pre-flight - to make sure I had the best of the ride in hand from the beginning. He even set up mysubaru and I returned home to find the 6000 mile appointment already set up! Colin's associate Ed took me through the handbook and answered questions and Bill from the business office couldn't have been kinder or more patient. Annapolis Subaru is a family dealership and a wonderful team - I'm looking forward to having their support now and in the future, Loralyn Helms More

Great Overall Experience My first contact was a phone conversation with Ottie Jones. I do not live in the immediate dealership area; however, based on talking with Ottie I de My first contact was a phone conversation with Ottie Jones. I do not live in the immediate dealership area; however, based on talking with Ottie I decided to stop by... I came with lots of questions and a need for more information to decided on the car that could possibly be my next purchase. (I never owned a Subaru before, but have purchased many cars.) Ottie was so helpful, patient, and informative that my next to be purchase was becoming clearer. Although the dealership didn't have the exact model Outback I thought I wanted, Ottie provided another model to test drive. He did a comparison between that model and the one I was interested in. We walked the grounds so that I could actually see various car colors and possible interiors, etc. I think you get the message- Ottie did all he could to give me the information I needed. All of this was done in a very easy and comfortable manner. My decision to purchase took one more phone call and then awaiting the arrival of the car. On pick-up day Ottie gave me a good briefing on the car's features. He obviously knew the car well! The drive to Annapolis was worth it. Dealing with Joe Tyler and Billy Sadtler was also very helpful and positive. This purchase was totally a no pressure experience. More

I Found My Forester at Annapoilis Subaru I have been shopping for a 2016 Forester for several weeks. I was looking for a particular color that I found on the Annapolis Subaru website. The v I have been shopping for a 2016 Forester for several weeks. I was looking for a particular color that I found on the Annapolis Subaru website. The vehicle was "In Transit" meaning that it was being delivered to the dealership. I contacted Erik and inquired when it would arrive. He said it had arrived, and I went to the dealership to see the car, and I liked what I saw. Erik followed up this morning with the answer to a question I had about key duplication. Erik had already provided the Annapolis Subaru "ePrice" for the Forester, and I found it to be very competitive with the average price that vehicle was being sold for. I took it for a test drive with Erik, and decided that it was the vehicle for me. Erik and I settled down at his desk and we went over some features, and he answered the few questions that I had. Afterwards, we did the credit check, and started the paperwork. After completing the paperwork, Erik introduced me to Billy Sadtler, the Finance Manager. We went to Billy's desk where Billy had the finance paperwork ready for me. He went through each document explaining what it was. We finished the financial paperwork, and he answered my questions. He was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Annapolis Subaru to anyone. Erik and Billy were very conscientious about everything. They both appear to know their stuff.
