Wonderful Experience! This was my first time buying a car completely on my own. After driving an Altima Nissan for 10 years I didn't know what else was really out there. I This was my first time buying a car completely on my own. After driving an Altima Nissan for 10 years I didn't know what else was really out there. I went to three dealerships, this one included, and had the best experience at Nissan. The other dealerships weren't horrible by any means but Nissan of Cool Springs made me feel at home. Bishoy understood my anxiety of making the wrong decision and understood my financial concerns. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with everything and I never felt like the sale was being pushed on me. The whole staff is amazing and they don't make you feel like just another customer. It was a great experience and I hope to have another 10+ years with the Altima Nissan I got from them! More

His energy is contagious and his enthusiasm for his product and his desire to sell us the car we needed and he thought was best for us was greatly appreciated. I o nly hope I live long enough to deal with him again! Like him, Dominic (sorry I can't remember his last name) was so very helpful in teaching us how to use the many driving aids attached to this Altima. He's a young man who will go far! I was not so pleased with the man in finance who was intent in selling me additional warranty. But, all in all, he was good at what he was doing and knew his product well. More
